Hancom participated in this event to showcase a wide range of AI products and services covering the entire AX spectrum—from technology that converts documents into AI-ready data to solutions that support AI in performing actual tasks by linking with corporate systems. We demonstrated the key features of four products—Hancom Agentic OS, Nomadian, Hancom Orchestration Grid, and Hancom Data Loader—and provided a space for visitors to experience them firsthand.

What is AI FESTA 2026?

AI FESTA is the flagship event of the national 'AI Week,' a comprehensive AI exhibition where you can find the latest technologies and real-world business applications from domestic and international AI companies in one place.

This year, under the theme ‘A.I.R. (AI Realization),’ the event highlighted a future where AI is naturally integrated into daily life, industries, and cities to be realized and operational. Major domestic and international AI/IT companies, including Hancom, Samsung SDS, Huawei, KT, LG AI Research, and Upstage, participated to showcase various AI technologies and services.

Four AI/AX Products Showcased by Hancom

During the event, approximately 2,500 visitors stopped by the Hancom booth to personally explore and experience Hancom’s products and technologies.

At this exhibition, Hancom presented four AI products: Hancom Agentic OS, Nomadian, Hancom Orchestration Grid, and Hancom Data Loader. Let’s take a closer look at the key features of each product and the details introduced on-site.

Hancom Agentic OS: An AX Platform Connecting Organizational Data, Systems, and AI

Hancom Agentic OS is an enterprise AX platform that connects corporate data and systems, supporting the execution of actual tasks through the collaboration of multiple AI agents.

Following the concept video of Agentic OS shown at the Public AI Fair last June, at AI FESTA 2026, we provided an opportunity for visitors to personally experience the actual product screens and key features through a demo version. Here are the main screens and functions available for trial on-site.

• Main Screen (Agentic OS): When a user selects an AI agent and requests a task in natural language, the agent plans and executes the work.
• Agent Studio: Users can directly create and manage agents tailored to their specific business purposes.
• Marketplace: AI agents can be shared within the organization, and users can select and utilize the agents they need for their work.
• Admin: Organizational administrators can systematically manage the entire system’s configuration and user permissions.

Hancom Agentic OS can be used in various fields, such as budget and organizational information inquiries for public institutions, customized academic planning for educational institutions, and IT helpdesk automation for corporations. Furthermore, by supporting on-premise and private network environments, it provides a stable AI operating environment even for public institutions and enterprises where security is critical.

Nomadian: An AX Service for Building Your Own Team with Job-Specific AI Teammates

Nomadian is an AX service that supports solo entrepreneurs and small business owners in forming their own teams and performing tasks with job-specific AI teammates. 

Users can place job-specific AI teammates in a virtual workspace called a ‘Room’ and collaborate by delegating tasks with simple instructions in the following ways:

• Task Execution via Job-Specific AI Teammates: By placing an AI teammate for a required role and giving instructions, the AI teammate understands the user’s needs and begins the task.
• Monitoring AI Teammate Progress: The status, progress rate, task sequence, and detailed execution process of each AI teammate can be monitored on a single screen.
• User Approval-Based Execution: For tasks that are difficult to reverse, such as external dispatch or data export, the system pauses and requests user approval before execution.

Nomadian can be used in a web browser without separate installation and integrates with existing productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, allowing users to utilize AI in a familiar work environment. The open beta is scheduled to be released first in the U.S. market in December 2026.

Hancom Orchestration Grid: A Platform for Automating Workflows by Connecting Nodes Without Coding

Hancom Orchestration Grid is a workflow automation platform that allows users to design business flows and automate repetitive tasks by connecting nodes without any coding.

Users can automate tasks on a single canvas by connecting nodes related to triggers, data, documents, and AI through the following process:

• ① Start (Trigger): Workflows start automatically based on specific conditions such as set schedules, email reception, or user input.
• ② Processing (Transformation/Branching): It processes data, branches tasks based on conditions, and performs Office/PDF document analysis and AI-based analysis.
• ③ Delivery (Execution/Transfer): Completed results are sent to internal systems, collaboration tools, email, and external API systems.

These automation processes can be designed by connecting nodes on a drag-and-drop visual canvas, and the judgment and execution capabilities of AI agents can be utilized within the workflow.

Hancom Data Loader: A Document Data Extraction Solution That Turns Documents into AI Data Assets

Hancom Data Loader is a document data extraction solution that converts documents in various formats, such as HWP(X), DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and PDF, into structured data that AI can utilize.

Beyond simply extracting text, it analyzes the reading order, layout, and table structures of a document to preserve the original information as much as possible. Its key features include:

• Support for Various Document Formats: Converts documents in formats like HWP(X), DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and PDF into structured data for AI use.
• Document Structure and Reading Order Analysis: Utilizing AI deep learning and Document Layout Analysis (DLA) technology, it analyzes paragraph order and layout, processing multi-column layouts in the order a human would read them.
• Document Element Classification: Automatically recognizes various elements within a document, such as text, tables, and images, and classifies them into detailed categories.
• Preservation of Complex Table Structures: Even tables without borders or with merged cells are converted into data with minimal loss of the original structure.

The data extracted this way can be used for building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and securing AI training data. Additionally, Hancom Data Loader provides both a commercial engine supporting various document formats and an open-source engine specialized for PDFs to support a document data extraction environment tailored to the user’s purpose.

AI FESTA 2026, The Vibrant Scene at the Hancom Booth

① VIP and Docent Tours 📣

Approximately seven VIP and docent tours were conducted at the Hancom booth. ✨

We introduced Hancom’s major AI/AX products and technologies to various visitors, including Ryu Je-myung, the 2nd Vice Minister of Science and ICT, ambassadors from key partner countries, officials from major domestic and international institutions and companies, and students from Sungkyunkwan University. Product explanations were provided in both Korean and English, fostering active communication with visitors and adding to the excitement on-site.

② Visitor Participation Events 🎁

We also held a leaflet collection event so that visitors could experience AI products in a more engaging way at the Hancom booth.

Visitors who listened to explanations of AI products at each product zone and collected leaflets were awarded various gifts, including keycap keychains, reusable bags, straps, and pens.

In particular, the limited-edition special gift ‘Gyroball,’ prepared with the fun slogan ‘Leave the work to AI and exercise your wrists with a Gyroball!’, was highly popular. A steady stream of visitors came to experience Hancom’s AI/AX products and technologies firsthand, and the intense interest was evident as long waiting lines formed, wrapping halfway around the booth. 🔥

The Era of AI Teammates, the AX Hancom is Creating

During the three-day AI FESTA 2026, Hancom showcased various products and technologies, introducing the direction of AX—from document datafication to AI-based task execution. At the same time, by communicating directly with visitors on-site, we were able to confirm the diverse interest in how companies and organizations can actually apply and utilize AI in their work.

Furthermore, Nomadian, which drew significant attention at AI FESTA 2026, will launch its open beta starting with the U.S. market this December. 🎉
